Notice on the exemption scheme for first-time property buyers

The deadline for registering contracts with the Capital Transfer Duty Department is to be extended from the 30th September 2015 to the 30th November 2015. All other conditions, such as the requirement for the promise of sale agreement to have been registered with the Department by the 30th June 2015, remain.
