The Minister for Finance, Prof. Edward Scicluna addressed the first Annual Malta Funds Conference on the 28 April 2016. Minister Scicluna, noted how the myriads of regulations that were introduced in the financial services sector in the wake of the financial crisis, meant a challenge to all those who operate in this sector.
