Lobbying is discussed in this week’s L-MEP U INT programme. This subject was and still is the headline news all over Europe and especially in Malta following the resignation of the European Union Commissioner John Dalli. In this programme Labour MEP Professor Edward Scicluna elaborates on the concept of lobbying, its legality, how it works and where, its effectiveness and the way lobbying should be handled in Brussels and anywhere else.
