Dominque Strauss Khan, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) quit the post a few days ago. What led to his resignation is known world wide. The attention is now focused on who will take the seat. The French quickly pushed forward their Finance Minister, Madame Christine Lagarde, for the headship of the IMF.
